They're back yet again! Festival founders the Zig Zag Band will be headlining at the village hall on Friday night with their popular crowd pleasing up-beat tunes.

Key Lime Pi

Now, this is an order! ... Anyone attending the Friday night session in the village hall MUST keep their powder dry ready for Saturday night because we've got a whole evening of relentless ska & funk lined up for you with the 9 piece sensation that is KEY LIME PI!

Key Lime Pi (Pronounced PIE) are a ska/funk/dance band from Hampshire. With a five piece brass section and skanking rhythm, you are gonna be on your feet!

Saturday 7th October Afternoon, From 12. 30pm - Village Hall

12.30pm : The Newtrons

Festival veterans The Newtrons hail from the neighbouring village of Newton Valance and have (I think) performed at every one of the 12 previous Zig Zag Festivals. This will be their 13th year and the Saturday afternoon session wouldn't be the same without them!

1.15pm : Tray of Flans

David Ketchin (guitar, vocals, ukulele), Gabriella Kury (bass, vocals, melodica, percussion) and Jon Fuller (guitar, vocals, mandocello). Covers of songs by folk legends Show of Hands, alongside folk interpretations of pop, rock, easy listening and disco classics!

2pm : Trio de Cuerdas

From Ash Vale and surrounding area this three piece will be playing a selection of Argentinian tangos with two voilins and a guitar. Never say that the Zig Zag Fest doesn't have something for everyone!

2.30pm : Bethany Pearl and Izzy

Bethany and her sister Izzy were last seen at the festival in 2015 and perform a mix of original songs (written by Beth) and covers. As sisters they will be producing the best vocal harmonies to be heard at this year's festival!

3.15pm : 3 Mountains

3mountains are Monica and Gil Gilchrist joined by special guests Matt Turner and Dean Marshall. Their debut CD entitled "Waiting for a Sign" is a collection of original compositions recorded at Ultra Studios in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and released in 2009.
