Hampshire’s Hottest Brass Party band!
Heralding from the pits of deepest ‘shire come 9 miscreants, hellbent on spreading their splurging auditory concoctions up, and in, your soiree. Be warned, if you’re in any way party-averse, turn on your heels and flee the scene, for where there is Pi there is Party!

Friday 6th October, 9pm - Selborne Arms

NRG

nrg_logo

A high energy duo from the south east of England that create the sound and atmosphere of a full band, with no tricks! Roger uses a drum sampling machine in real time, live - triggering beats at will, all whilst singing and playing guitar. Adding two vocals, acoustic and electric guitar which make up the NRG sound (NO backing tracks used here!).

Their music ranges from Cat Stevens, Bob Dylan to classic rockin' tunes by bands such as Bad Company, The Eagles, Dire Straits, Pink Floyd, The Faces. They deliver it all with honesty and feel and bags of 'NRG'. They also include some great modern tracks by Primal Scream, King Of Leon, The Killers and more.

Resurrectionists

Recently discovered performing at the Alton Lounge Bar we're excited to present Resurrectionists! An acoustic folk punk duo, who derive their influence from around the place. They play fast songs about society suppressing creativity, slow songs about a true historical murder, and everything in between.
